From looking at this page, many other people are also having this issue. I completely uninstalled and removed every pc(one thinks!) and still have the connection issue. It's always been allowed thru firewall, I triple check, still allowed. And all thru last yr they had a banner stating new WeatherBug coming in (now I don't remember, I think it was 2021!) but we get no updated WB :-( This is the worst stretch of issues I've ever had. I've used WBug for almost 20yrs! Over multiple PCs(work & home) & Android devices. Haven't seen a map that showed locations for almost a year, but I sure can see the waether! I just don't know where in the world the weather is, or covering how much OF MY area. I let it sit for 10 minutes to a day and it pops up. If nothing in 15seconds- check your internet, then check that WB is allowed thru firewall. If you are especially interested in our work abroad, explore our global partners. For the last few months when I reboot my PC, WBug will say no connection detected.
